Psychometrics.

As an independent Business Psychology consultancy, with deep technical knowledge in the field of psychometrics, we have access to some of the most innovative ability tests, personality questionnaires, and situational judgement tests (SJT) on the market.

Not aligned with any single test publisher, we can provide objective and independent advice on which test to use, as well as access to these tools as part of our assessment, development, and coaching assignments.

Bespoke test design is also available.
